Elden Ring - Multiplayer - Demi Humans, Fire Monks, & Bloodyfinger #6 (with Screenshots & Video)
Here's some quick info on the game:
(Actual post is BELOW this intro info!)
Today's post is about a multiplayer adventure with my friend Fang from maybe a week ago where we fought Demi-Humans, Fire Monks, and an Invading Bloodyfinger in Liurnia Lakes!
(If you don't have time to read through the screenshots below, I've attached a video link of the full fight at the BOTTOM of the page!)
Fang and I were going to go do a dungeon but the Elden Ring server was kind of funky that day so we didn't want to risk disconnecting again -- so we had to ditch the idea and chose to head for the Western Minor Erdtree in Liurnia Lakes instead.
I saw what looked like a small Demi-Human in the distance so we ran over to rush it but the closer we got -- the BIGGER it got haha
Next thing we knew we were getting knifed by this large Dem-human Chief who was giving us a little trouble and doing major damage but we figured the numbers were in our favor.
But then the rest of the Demi-Human Chief's gang showed up and we were suddenly outnumber in an unlevel arena surrounded by bushes they could ambush us from.
I thought I'd clear some room with a giant fire ball incantation, Flame of the Fell God, but I accidentally locked onto a small goblin way too far away.
While the Demi-Human Chief wasn't able to completely interrupt my spell casting, he still took out a huge chunk when he began spinning with his knives again.
Both our lives were super low and Fang's health was hanging on a by a single pixel but luckily I casted Heal for a little extra padding.
It's kind of hard to see in this shot but that's when we started getting terrorized by these giant goddamn dragonflies.
While I'm casting the Lightning Spear incantation, this big flying sucker behind me is just waiting to stab me in the back.
It's not a lot of damage but every hit staggers you a little and can cause a lot of interruptions that open you to other enemy attacks.
Once we're clear, we head over back to shore and I spot a fire-monk camp so I tell Fang we should cool-off the nearby fire-monks!
Unfortunately I wasn't very clear and he went to the right to clear out a scouting party of fire-monks while I went running to the left. He said he was okay though so I kept on in my own direction for a few seconds.
Things quickly changed when I heard his Tarnished character's screams so I ran back to help out.
After hitting them all with Dragon Rot-Breath which stunned them all for a couple seconds, Fang quickly put his Bloodhound Great Sword to use and chopped them up.
Later we snuck up on the fire-monk camp and went in to cause some chaos for a few extra runes.
I gave Fang support via my Flame Frenzy incantation which was able to hit multiple monks.
Once all the lackies were toast, the only one left was the tall leader who I introduced to a different type of fire -- Black Flames!
Unfortunately, the big guy still had some tricks up his sleeve and was able to blow us both back quite a ways with a sudden fiery explosion .
Once Fang killed the guy, I healed us up and we searched the camp for any loot we could find.
Another scouting party of fire-monks was approaching and we didn't think they'd be too happy to find out what we did to their comrades so we decided to continue to clean house.
I used the Frenzied Burst incantation to laser a smaller monk who got too aggressive and left his group.
Fang started slicing and dicing the rest of their crew but their tall leader started blasting out some decent fire spells.
Got fried by this guy, not once --
-- But TWICE which was super annoying.
In the end though, Fang was able to hit him enough to break his stance and deliver a killing blow.
We were looking for a way to the Minor Erdtree which was a lot slower on foot. While walking around, we came to the swamp surrounding the Albenaurics village but we wanted to stay focused on finding that Minor Erdtree first.
We ran around a corner and it very interesting to see how quickly the landscape changes -- from poisonous acid swamp back to thickly forested marsh. There was also a small group of fire monks who were way too far from home and would unfortunately never make it back!
So I gave the fire-monks a little of my own fire.
And then Fang and I double-teamed the tall leader and stabbed him to death, interrupting his spells.
I actually thought he was already dead when he got back up and tried to cast one last spell but Fang delivered a killing swing to his back. Thank the Elden Gods he was paying attention -- because I sure wasn't lol.
We get to a darker part of Liurnia Lakes and switch on our handy-dandy waist lanterns when we spot some sunflowers.
Nearby Fang finds a grace site which is perfect in case we die so he can re-summon me from somewhere close.
I have a feeling were pretty close to the Minor Erdtree and catch sight of it through the canopy of the trees covering us -- but then a Bloody Finger Invader arrives.
We stand back to back to get a good view our surroundings.
There's a giant crab hiding behind a nearby tree so I look around to see if there are any others -- but it's alone.
From my far left an arrow zings past me which gives away the invader's position so we spring into action.
I hit them with Dragon Rot Breath and watch Fang chase them down.
At one point I get bored and teleport over with Bloodhound Step and stab the Invading Bloodyfinger in the back.
When they die, we get that lovely banner message -- RECUSANT VANQUISHED -- but less than a 1000 runes so they must've been a lot lower leveled than us because we usually get a couple thousand.

Thank you @bdvoter.cur for the generous support! Hugely appreciated :)
The multiplayer mode makes the game even better. The game makes me forget about the whole world. I highly recommend this store where Elden Ring EU Steam CD Key is at a great price.
