Social media challenge - Navigating scattershot ruleset

Hello gamers, I'm happy sharing this post with you guys, I want to believe we all are enjoying the wonderful splinterlands game. Well for me, a lot has changed since my graduation to bronze III.
Have been finding it difficult to win battles, it has not been easy, most of my opponent don't use the normal cards like I do, so I think I also need an upgrade, renting cards that would make me win more battles like have always been doing.

I played another interesting battle this week with the scattershot ruleset, meaning all range and magic attack hit a random enemy target. I was given 50 mana cap, with this I had the privilege to select my desired units.
I arranged my units in the following order, I selected Kelya frendul as my summoner, it seems I'm used to this particular summoner, It's actually my favorite for now. For my monsters I used Ulundin overseer, with flank ability meaning at the beginning of the battle, if this unit is in the first position, the unit in the second position gains reach.
Next is flying sound, a monster with Reach ability, that's melee attack units with this ability may attack from the second position on the team.
In the third position, I have Deeplurker with opportunity ability, unit with this opportunity may attack from anywhere and will target the enemy with the lowest health.

Next is Nimbledook Ranger with two abilities, the first is the snipe ability, target the first enemy with ranged magic or no attack that is not in the first position with ranged magic attacks while the second is the double strike ability, this makes the unit to attack twice each round.
In the fifth position, I have Merdaali Guardian, with tank heal ability, this restores a third of max health to the unit in the first position each round, meaning it can only restore health to a particular unit once each round.
And the last but not the least is Grimbardun Fighter with the shield ability, I don't usually use this particular monster but it's okay to use it in this battle, it reduces damage from melee and ranged attacks by 50%.

The most amazing thing to me or I should what makes this battle special to me is the fact that none of my units were killed in the battle and within five rounds I was able to eliminate all my opponent monsters.
My opponent used a total of five monsters and below is how I got them all eliminated respectively, I started killing the units from round 1, while two other units were killed in round 2, In round 4 another unit was killed leaving my opponent with only one unit left, the last unit standing was eliminated in round 5 and then the game ends. I enjoyed the game, it was as if it shouldn't end.
