LOVE IS THE ANTIDOTE

If I have the golden opportunity to address an audience I'll be so glad to share one of the things that has been bothering my mind and what I know it's a general problem likewise sharing the solution to everyone. That one thing is talk no other thing but "love" and why am I picking this topic; I believe love supercedes everything, it's the foundation and where love dwells, there is peace, prosperity, success and every other good things.

Out of all the commandments given by God in the holy Bible, LOVE is the greatest of them all. If we have all things but has no love, is like having nothing.
If we truly love ourselves there won't be killings here and there, there won't be civil war, (some countries are still fighting themselves till date it's absolutely because there's no love), terrorism and every other evil act, the presence of love will kill all this.

Kidnapping cases so rampant especially in this part of the world (Nigeria) what of rape and those who use a fellow human being for money ritual, just to mention a few... how can you harm someone you say you love, it's practically very hard and not possible, if you love someone you'll do everything within your reach to make sure that such person or people is/are fine.

Corruption has also being the order of the day, the government has no love or care for it's citizens, the money that's ought to be used to build infrastructure for the betterment of compatriots and immigrants would be embezzled and transferred to their own account for their selfish interest.

Recently I read a news that a country helped Nigeria to recover some of the loots of one of her past leaders, even after so many years that the president died, a whole lot of money is still being recovered every now and then from what he embezzled, and we're not still sure there won't be more loot to recover in the nearest future.

People are dying of hunger, people are going homeless and hopeless but some set of people instead of doing the needful and help they rather embezzle the money that's meant for the citizens and keep it for their generations yet on born allowing the present generation to suffer. Where is love?

Anyways, corruption is not a new thing in my country, it has now become the order of the day that even a very young child is now very corrupt due to the already corrupted environment he/she found himself/herself.

Everything going more worse everyday, the price you bought a commodity today is not the same you'll see it in the next few days, money is not circulating, life is becoming so unbearable for the poor, people dying of depression on a daily. Only if we can show love to one another and treat everyone as we can do to or treat ourselves.

It's only when we allow love to prevail and love others just as we love ourselves that we can have a better world. I strongly believe this world can be a better place, I believe we can live together as one no matter the country, language, tribe, and skin colour. Lets show love to one another and we'll see things working out for our good and everything falling in their right places.
