πŸ‡»πŸ‡³ Hi guys! Today I would like to share with you a delicious way to cook a Com Chien - Vietnamese Fried Rice which is a toss of rice, egg and vegies with meat into a fiery hot skillet and stir fry quickly.

πŸ‡»πŸ‡³ I used to travel to the beautiful seaside city of Nha Trang and had a chance to try the Com Chien - Vietnamese Fried Rice at my last visited in Vietnam.

🍚Fried rice is a masterpiece dish in Asians and mostly country have their own signature Fried Rice. I always try to discover the Fried Rice in every Asians country that I used to visited.

Preparation Time ⏳

It's take around 20 minutes to complete

There are 3 unique things combine for this menu.

Β 

  • Vietnamese Sausage is the type of lean pork that is pounded into a paste which is not ground or minced and wrap in banana leaves and boiled it.
  • Chinese Sausage is made from pork meat with high levels of fat and seasoning with all spice which is a bit sweet.
  • Fresh Wood Ear Mushrooms which is a crunchy texture and sensation aroma that perfectly with this dish.

Ingredients

Β 

  • 2 Cup of Jasmin Steam Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 Gram Vietnamese sausage
  • 100 Gram Chinese Sausage
  • 100 Gram Minced Pork
  • 50 Gram Fresh Wood Ear Mushrooms
  • 50 Gram Carrot
  • 50 Gram Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat.

  • Add oil and garlic and stir it until golden brown.
  • Add pork and stir it until coked then add egg and make a quick scramble egg then move the scramble aside.

  • Add both sausages and stir it and add the rice, carrots, mushroom and seasoning and stir it very quick.

  • Add scramble egg over the fried rice and Sprinkle with Spring onion.
