Again today's subject will be about community. It may even be quite repetitive, but what I usually observe about the great whales of the hive is precisely how much they talk about the power that a community can have and how its members influence to stand out or not in their midst. Our Brazilian community has been trying to organize itself better on a daily basis, but the challenges do not stop.

Good and bad things happened and with that came the question, how to keep a strong and united community? It's a question I don't have the answer to, just guesses. Each one doing their part, some leaders in certain niches appear, some more participatory and others more in theirs. People of all types, ways and ways of thinking. This makes the challenge even greater.

The union has to come from each of the members that form this community, so we can make it stronger and better. Each individual carrying out their actions can add or hinder the whole project that the majority decided and with that, each member becomes extremely important. Local leadership, in each niche, does not have to be seen as something bad, naturally some stand out more than others, but that doesn't mean they should be judged.

Perhaps these members just have a willpower to help and to evolve greater than the others, not seeking to be a star but rather, just to achieve a greater good for all, even facing the distrust of their own tribe.

Finally, an example of a great achievement we have achieved: a new profile of Brazilian curation has been created, we will now be able to pay in hive its delegators, with this, we hope that the adoption of members will be greater, creating good content and focused on quality.

To achieve this, some members had to stand out, not expecting a vote or anything like that, but moving ideas and seeking improvement for the entire group of people in the community.

Novamente o assunto de hoje será sobre comunidade. Pode até ser bem repetitivo, mas o que costumo observar das grandes baleias da hive é justamente o quanto elas falam sobre o poder que uma comunidade pode ter e como seus membros influenciam para se destacar ou não no meio dela. A nossa comunidade brasileira tem tentado se organizar melhor diariamente, mas, os desafios não param.

Coisas boas e ruins aconteceram e com isso me veio a pergunta, como manter uma comunidade forte e unida? É uma pergunta que não tenho a resposta, apenas suposições. Cada um fazendo a sua parte, algumas lideranças em certos nichos aparecem, alguns mais participativos e outros mais nas deles. Pessoas de todos os tipos, maneiras e jeitos de pensar. Isso deixa o desafio ainda maior.

A união tem que vim de cada um dos membros que formam essa comunidade, assim, podemos torná-la mais forte e melhor. Cada indivíduo realizando suas ações podem somar ou atrapalhar todo o projeto que a maioria decidiu e com isso, cada membro se torna extremamente importante. A liderança local, de cada nicho, não precisa ser vista como algo ruim, naturalmente alguns se destacam mais do que outros, mas nem por isso devem ser julgados.

Talvez esses membros só tenham uma força de vontade em ajudar e a evoluir maior do que os demais, não buscando ser uma estrela e sim, apenas em realizar um bem maior para todos, mesmo enfrentando as desconfianças de sua própria tribo.

Por fim, um exemplo de uma grande conquista que obtivemos: um novo perfil de curação brasileira que foi criado, agora poderemos pagar em hive seus delegadores, com isso, esperamos que a adoção dos membros seja maior, criando conteúdos bons e focados em qualidade.

Para conquistar isso, alguns membros tiveram que se destacar, não esperando uma votação ou algo do tipo, mas sim, movimentando ideias e buscando a melhora para todo o conjunto de pessoas da comunidade.
