Sauted Long Beans
Sauteed long beans with ground Beef is another simple yet delicious meal to serve during mealtime. Ingredients are basic and are easy to prepare. You may use ground chicken or ground pork if you prefer.
For some they incorporate other vegetables such as eggplant or squash but I prefer to have it with only long beans.

Garlic
Onion
Long beans
Ground beef

We can never have enough suggestions of how to cook long beans - they are a staple of life here in Thailand - always available, always cheap cheap. We make something similar but with mushrooms and chili and loads of coriander - yummy over rice with a friend egg plonked on top.
