Delicious Chicken Breast with a twist

I suppose to make a Hainanese chicken and to be doing so requires poaching the chicken in a medium low heat and gently simmer until done. But since I am in the mood for experimenting I change the recipe and opt for something easier and the result is still flavorful and the chicken meat are moist.

You can skip the process of poaching the chicken and instead fry the marinated chicken directly.

The leftover liquid can be served as a soup, just add a little seasoning or can be kept for later use.

I hope you like this simple recipe.

I am glad to receive feedback from you and will be happy to respond as soon as i can.
