Today I am going to talk about Shiraj ChuiGosto. I went there to taste the Chui jhal mutton. I will share with you how I spent my time there, what I enjoyed and will talk about the taste of the food.

As I'm talking about a place of south Asia, I guess it fits well in this community.

My husband and I planned to have lunch at a restaurant. So we quickly got ready and went to this restaurant. There we went to taste Chui Jhal which is a special spice that uses to spice up the curry of either mutton or beef and we tried mutton

I went to this restaurant for fast time. I heard a lot of good reviews about this restaurant so I was very interested. The restaurant is famous for its Chui Jhal dish. Chui Jhal is their main/traditional dish here.

Now let's take a look inside the restaurant, how was the environment and the taste of the food.

The space inside the restaurant was very large. The whole restaurant was very well organized and clean. There was quite a good space for sitting. You will notice that the restaurant was very bright because of the many lights and the chairs that they organized for sitting were very comfortable to sit on.

The restaurant was almost empty at the time we went for lunch but after we sat there for a while, we saw a lot of people there. I took this picture when this place was empty. However, there were a lot of seating areas empty so we sat very comfortably.

Almost every place of this restaurant was decorated in black color. The walls were painted black and there were wallmats of many tempting foods and they looked very tempting and delicious to me. To be honest these food pictures are definitely torture hungry people like me lol.

Now that I'm seeing these pictures for writing this post, I'm dying to try them again. I think this is the case for many people. However, this side of the restaurant had a red seating area next to the black wall and the color combination looked great. Although you can't see that place clearly in this picture.

This was their menu card. Many types of food items were named in this menu. We had Chui Jhal Mutton and also had white rice, mashed potato and banana. More items were also available there like yogurt, almond juice.

There was written the name of their restaurant almost everywhere. The name of this restaurant was very beautifully decorated in many places. Here was a tissue box and notice that the name of the restaurant was written on that box. Even the plates they served the food on had a design of their restaurant name as you can see below. This thing was unique to me.

After about 10 minutes, they served our food. The food looked very fresh and delicious. They served us salad with these dishes. Here was the arrangement of very simple and tempting food for two people.

Here they served it beautifully with ghee on white rice and I liked it very much. Never seen this in any other restaurant before. Anyway the combination of ghee with hot white rice was amazing and this time the aroma of hot rice and ghee came out very well. I first started eating rice with this ghee. This was my fast time food experience and it was very tasty.

Then I took the potato and banana filling. Both of these items tasted very good but they were not spiced so they would have tasted better if they were spiced. However, for those who can't eat spices, this item will taste great.

Now let's talk about the main dish of this restaurant. This is Chui Jhal Mutton Curry. I was very interested in this dish. For this food, many people from far away take their family to eat there. This food is very famous in our country. Actually this dish is cooked with a special spice that makes the dish very tasty and some whole garlic is also added to the dish. The flavor of these garlics brings out more aroma from the food.

They served this food in a big bowl on the table. Then they very nicely served a good size piece of mutton from the bowl and a piece of Chui Jhal mutton per plate. This dish looked tempting and was very tasty and spicy.

These were food items for us and we didn't have too many items. Just finished our lunch with these. To be honest I enjoyed eating there a lot.

Overall the food there was very tasty. We were very satisfied eating there. The environment, decoration of the restaurant was very nice and the staff were very nice.
