TAME YOUR ANGER
Hello everyone, I trust y'all doing awesome. It has been a long day for me, trying not to procrastinate to the new year, I was able to achieve much tasks today. Today I will be discussing about anger and sharing some tips to " tame your anger".

Anger is a normal feeling that everyone experience in our day to day activities, but when it turns to aggression it becomes harmful and needs to be tamed to prevent casualties. Some person gets angry when they feel they are cheated, hungry and so on.Anger can cause; increase in anxiety,high blood pressure, headache, injuries, death e.t.c to prevent these here are some tips;
HAVE A COUNT DOWN OR COUNT UP
When next you find yourself angry, just have a count down/up to ten. As you keep counting the heart beats reduces which will tame the anger.
TAKE DEEP BREATHS IN AND OUT
Deep breaths taking is another vital way to tame anger. Take slow deep breaths In from the nose and exhale from the mouth severally until you don't feel angry again.
TAKE A WALK

Exercise might help to tame anger. When you are angry you can take a walk,ride a bike or do anything that gets the limb moving. Exercise increases relaxation which reduces anger
REPEAT A PHRASE
Repeating a phrase that makes you cool down can also help to tame anger. Find a phrase of such e.g cool down, it's fine, take it easy e.t.c keep repeating until you are you are no longer angry.

Cool music can help to cool you nerves. Play
your favorite song and Dance away your anger.
STOP TALKING

It's so wise of you not to talk when angry. If you talk when angry you might say what you don't mean to say. Keep quiet when angry and the anger will be over.
