Respect to Soldiers!! The picture clearly depicts the condition of a homeless man lying unconsciously after being drunk.

Another important factor to be noticed is the uniform and bag, which shows that he must be an ex military personnel.

The story goes this way. A soldier who comes back home happily, after years of serving the nation, only to find his family is missing. As he has no where to go, or nobody to wait, he took shelter in the footpath. He continues with the hope (sleep) that one day he will reunite with his family.
