Від страху і відчаю до надії і віри.

Знаєте, як кажуть в нас в народі - "Згоріла хата, най горить стодола" ось так десь у мене виходить, коли треба бути на зв'язку з рідними в час війни, то я розбиваю телефон і залишаюсь без зв'язку. Але то таке, думаю добре, що є ноут, і тут бац ще ноут почав казитися (частково відмовляється виконувати завдання, клавіатура друкує сама що хоче). Але сусідка віддала старенький свій смартфон і я знов маю маленький екранчик з новинами. Але на жаль в ньому пошкоджена камера.

18 доба війни в Україні. На територіях України де не ведуться бої, ти почуваєш себе в безпеці (відносній), але в постійній тривозі. Тривозі за рідних, знайомих, друзів, які на передовій чи в тилу ворога. Цей стан також виснажує і супроводжується такими симптомами як головний біль, підвищений кров'яний тиск, тремор в руках, тошнота, відсутність апетиту. В мене інколи навіть ноги підкошуються в колінах.
Це стан тривалої тривоги. І сьогодні вловила себе на думці, якщо б війна забрала когось з найрідніших, я не відмовлялась би від допомоги психолога, бо емоційно це важко навіть уявити.

But the neighbor gave away her old smartphone and I have a small news screen again. But unfortunately the camera is damaged.
18 days of war in Ukraine. In the territories of Ukraine where there are no fights, you feel safe (relative), but in constant anxiety. Worried about family, acquaintances, friends who are on the front line or in the rear of the enemy. This condition is also debilitating and is accompanied by symptoms such as headache, high blood pressure, tremors in the hands, nausea, loss of appetite. Sometimes my legs even bend at the knees.
This is a state of prolonged anxiety. And today I caught myself thinking that if the war had taken away someone close to me, I would not have refused the help of a psychologist, because emotionally it is hard to even imagine.

Дивишся на відео, як ридає громадянка росії, бо закривають інстаграм у рф,а це так не справедливо, це все її життя. Я навіть їй не бажаю того, що втрачають зараз люди: дім, дітей, чоловіків, батьків.
Останні дві ночі я практично не спала, бо в Маркіяна ріжуться зуби і він погано спить і лунає повітряна тривога, і ми біжимо в підвал.

Сьогодні 13 березня за 20 км від нас було завдано ракетного удару з Чорного моря Росією по території Міжнародного центру миротворчості та безпеки. Так званий Я́ворівський полігон — військовий полігон на заході України, розташований за 30 км на північний захід від Львова в Яворівському районі.
Я сама родом з Яворова. Це дуже близько.
Коли ти чуєш вибухи і намагаєшся якнайшвидше одягнути дітей, бо в підвалі холодно, то руки так сильно трясуться, що ти не можеш елементарно застібнути куртку. Повітряна тривога тривала 3 години.

Після цього повідомили, що 35 хлопців загинули і 134 важко поранені.
Чесно вам скажу, мені дуже страшно.
