Hoy venimos con mucho entusiasmo a compartir con ustedes una nueva iniciativa, hemos tenido unos días de descanso, buscando reorganizar nuestro espacio y así traerles cosas nuevas que sigan aportando en positivo a la comunidad.

Nos encanta leerlos y ver como se van descubriendo en cada iniciativa, hasta el momento hemos hablado de diversos temas, sobre el Placer, Sobre nuestro nivel de intensidad sexual, también nos hemos observado par reconocernos en nuestra sexualidad.

Ahora, nuestro cuerpo es esencial para vivir lo que somos, sobre todo expresarnos, sentir y disfrutar en nuestro mundo sexual. A veces parte de nuestro desempeño en nuestras relaciones, tanto emocionales como sexuales tiene mucho que ver en cómo vemos nuestro cuerpo, qué pensamos de el, de nuestras espectativas con respecto a nuestra imágen, por este motivo decidimos traerles esta dinámica que esperamos sea tan bien recibida como las propuestas hasta ahora.

Como siempre trata de hacer una breve introducción y unas palabras finales en tu post, y responde las preguntas de la forma en que te sientas más comoda (o,e).

Iniciativa Sex Education in Hive/ "CONOCIENDO Y AMANDO MI CUERPO"

1.¿Conoces exactamente cada parte de tu cuerpo, incluyendo tus genitales?

2.¿Cuándo te miras al espejo te sientes cómodo, sexy o satisfecho con la imágen que ves?

3.¿Han afectado los estereotipos sociales con respecto a la figura la aceptación de tu imágen?

4.¿Tienes alguna parte de tu cuerpo que te acompleje y quisieras tener diferente?

5.¿Cuándo estás en una relación sientes que tiene que ver mucho cómo te sientes con respecto a tu cuerpo con tu nivel de líbido?

6.¿Qué parte de tu cuerpo te gusta más?

7.¿Alguna vez te has parado desnudo (a,e) frente a un espejp a observar tu cuerpo detenidamente?

8.Te invitamos a realizar el siguiente ejercicio, por 3 dias colócate frente al espejo completamente desnudo (a,e) y anota todo aquello que te gusta. Cuéntanos tu experiencia por aquí, ¿Qué sentiste? ¿Qué descubriste?

9.¿Tienes alguna creencia, o experiencia con tu cuerpo donde te llevaron a sentir que alguna parte de tu cuerpo era "cochina" "mala" o no apropiada.?

10.¿Reconoces fácilmente las zonas erógenas de tu cuerpo y puedes expresarlo a tu pareja sexual?

11.¿Tienes algún ritual para expresarle a tu cuerpo que lo amas? (ej. Te colocas cremas, te haces un masaje, haces ejercicios...entre otros)

12.¿Crees que la forma como te percibes afecta tu sexualidad?

La forma como percibimos nuestro cuerpo va intrínsicamente ligada a nuestra expresión de lo que somos y nuestra sexualidad está inmersa en ello.

Today we come with much enthusiasm to share with you a new initiative, we have had a few days off, looking to reorganize our space and bring you new things that continue to contribute positively to the community.

We love to read you and see how you are discovering yourselves in each initiative, so far we have talked about different topics, about pleasure, about our level of sexual intensity, we have also observed ourselves to recognize ourselves in our sexuality.

Sex Education in Hive Initiative/ "KNOWING AND LOVING MY BODY".

1.Do you know exactly every part of your body, including your genitals?

When you look in the mirror, do you feel comfortable, sexy or satisfied with the image you see?

1. Have social stereotypes regarding your body shape affected your body image acceptance?

2. Do you have any part of your body that you feel self-conscious about and wish you had a different body shape?

3. When you are in a relationship, do you feel that how you feel about your body has a lot to do with your libido level?

4. What part of your body do you like the most?

7.Have you ever stood naked in front of a mirror to observe your body carefully?

8.We invite you to do the following exercise, for 3 days stand in front of the mirror completely naked and write down everything you like. Tell us your experience here, what did you feel, what did you discover?

9.Do you have any beliefs, or experiences with your body that led you to feel that some part of your body was "dirty" "bad" or inappropriate?

10.Do you easily recognize the erogenous zones of your body and can you express them to your sexual partner?

11.Do you have any ritual to express to your body that you love it? (e.g. you apply creams, have a massage, do exercises...among others).

12.Do you think the way you perceive yourself affects your sexuality?

The way we perceive our body is intrinsically linked to our expression of who we are and our sexuality is immersed in it.
