Refurbishing Work of Mine Varander
Many times when rain falls, I had to mub water out of mine sitting room, this is because mine varender flooring was casted to be higher than the room and it was slopy towards the room, so I had to break it down with a Digger and recasted it to direct the flow of water outside.
Inorder to rectify the lapses, I mixed a quantity of Sharp-Sand with Cement and Gravel mixed with water using a shovel to get a Concrete that would be used to rectify the issue. I watered the Varander floor, then I apply the concrete on floor, then with the aid of a short stick, I stamp it into the floor to get an Even, Sloppy and desired output.
The next thing I did was to sprinkle raw Cement on the surface so the concrete floor can absorb it, make the floor stronger snd resistant to wear snd tear.
After which I will make use of mine hand-trowel and runbing-stick to smoothen the cement that I sprinkled on the concrete to make it glue together as I applied pressure and also give it a pleasing look
I was satisfied with what I did, I hope you like it too, you can give it a try in your house sometime. After rounding up the work, I washed the tools I used for safekeep, so that it will be in good condition for use next time. Then I have ample time to take a selfie shots with mine results.
I was able to save mine self of some expenses I would have pay someone else to do it for me, by doing it myself. There are also some house refurbishing and set-up you can do yourself and use the money you would have spend on it on other areas in the home.
I will pay myself with a chilled Malt, you can join me while I am at it later in the evening.
Thanks
