New daily fatloss meal example (Dukan diet)

Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:

A grilled "Caillette" (it's a pork pâté with spinach)

Steamed green beans

A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.

This meal is a bit higher than desirable in lipids, but low in carbohydrates and rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Good for #Dukan diet.
