My daily fatloss meal example (Dukan diet)

Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:

Wild Nordic prawns cooked in a wok with garlic and parsley,

Button mushrooms cooked over high heat with chopped onion and dried tomato,

A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.

It is a meal extremely low in lipids and carbohydrates, rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Perfect for #Dukan diet.
