Cambio bomba combustible eléctrica
Hola amigos yo de nuevo por acá en el último día del año para desearles feliz navidad y feliz año nuevos a todos en esta excelente comunidad como lo es hive motor para todos aquellos amantes a los motores
esta vez traigo a ustedes un reemplazo de repuesto de un amigo que me pidió el favor de que lo ayudara a cambiar la pieza de su carrito que recién compro yo sin pensarlo le dije que si está bien yo te ayudo así pongo en práctica el poco conocimiento que tengo de mecánica
El muy contento con su carrito, un Hyundai excel del año 1996, vehículo que le hacía bastante falta y le facilitaría un poco más las cosas en su día a día para ir y venir del trabajo, además de salir a pasear con toda su familia.
Resulta que un día de regreso del trabajo el carrito le presento una falla que parecía falta de gasolina, llego a su casa preocupado por esa falla, al día siguiente a recibir y dio que la bomba de la gasolina estaba deficiente cuando se recalentaba dejaba de mandar combustible así que fue hasta la casa de repuesto a comprar una bomba eléctrica universal, ya que la que este carro lleva es una bomba de gasolina mecánica, pero su antiguo dueño le hizo esa adaptación me supongo por cuestión de costos.

this time I bring to you a spare replacement of a friend who asked me the favor to help him to change the part of his cart that he just bought and without thinking I told him that if it's ok I will help you so I put into practice the little knowledge I have of mechanics.
He was very happy with his cart, a 1996 Hyundai excel, a vehicle that he needed and that would make things a little easier in his day to day life to go to and from work, besides going out for a walk with his family.
It turns out that one day back from work the cart presented a fault that seemed lack of gasoline, he came home worried about that failure, the next day to receive and gave that the fuel pump was deficient when it overheated stopped sending fuel so he went to the house to buy a spare universal electric pump, since this car carries a mechanical fuel pump, but its former owner made that adaptation I guess for cost reasons.
HERRAMIENTAS
Bueno amigo, así que para poder sacar esta bomba de gasolina vamos a necesitar muy pocas herramientas en realidad
un gato
llave cruz
dado o llave 12 mm
pinza para cable
teipe
destornillador
ya teniendo todas estas herramientas procedemos a subir el caucho trasero del lado del copiloto que es el lado donde le hicieron la adaptación de la bomba, aflojamos y sacamos el caucho y con el dado 12 mm aflojamos la tuerca que lo tiene sujetado vemos la posición de las mangueras y de la bomba para saber cuál es la entrada y la salida después de tener todo identificado procedemos a cortar los cables de la bomba vieja
iniciamos el mismo proceso para la instalación de la bomba nueva, nos fijamos en las mangueras que esté bien conectadas y no tenga fuga de combustible, colocamos en su sitio y apretamos un trabajo bastante sencillo para alguien con muy poca experiencia, procedimos a encender el vehículo y listo encendió al instante sin mayor contratiempo
amigo esperó que le haya gustado este pequeño trabajo sencillo que cualquiera puede hacer solo tiene que tener el tiempo y las herramientas
TOOLS
Okay buddy, so in order to get this fuel pump out we're going to need very few tools actually.
a jack
cross wrench
12mm socket or wrench
cable clamp
pliers
screwdriver
already having all these tools we proceed to raise the rear rubber on the passenger side which is the side where they made the adaptation of the pump, loosen and remove the rubber and with the die 12 mm loosen the nut that holds it we see the position of the hoses and the pump to know what is the input and output after having identified everything we proceed to cut the wires from the old pump
we started the same process for the installation of the new pump, we look at the hoses that is well connected and has no fuel leakage, we put in place and tighten a fairly simple job for someone with very little experience, we proceeded to start the vehicle and ready started instantly without further mishap

Que tal @sergionatera gracia por compartir tu experiencia con nosotros, tenia tiempo que no veía el cambio de una pila no sumergida, no sabía que el Excel tenia este tipo de bomba.
Hola @danielcarrerag bueno este tipo de vehículo trae es una bomba mecánica, pero no sé por qué razón le adaptaron una eléctrica, no sé si es por cuestiones de costos o de durabilidad
