En el mes de diciembre mi esposa y yo nos casamos por la iglesia y para celebrar nuestra luna de miel planificamos un viaje para ir hasta Córdoba. Este era nuestro primer viaje juntos, además como esposos y sin nuestras hijas, quienes se iban a quedar con su abuela materna.

Les estaré compartiendo todo lo que hicimos durante los cinco dias que estuvimos por allá y las diferentes actividades que hicimos. Espero sean de su agrado como lo fueron para nosotros el vivirlo.

Nuestro viaje comenzó el primero de enero, salimos desde Buenos Aires (que es donde actualmente residimos) a las 9:45 de la noche y llegamos a la ciudad de Córdoba el día 2 a las 6:30 de la mañana.

Nosotros habíamos alquilado un departamento para quedarnos durante esos días, pero nos lo entregaban a las 3 de la tarde de ese mismo día que llegamos. No teníamos nada planificado para hacer durante ese tiempo, así que nos animamos a hacer un tour para conocer la capital de Córdoba.

In December my wife and I got married in church and to celebrate our honeymoon we planned a trip to Cordoba. This was our first trip together, also as husband and wife and without our daughters, who were going to stay with their maternal grandmother.

I will be sharing with you everything we did during the five days we were there and the different activities we did. I hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed living them.

Our trip started on January 1st, we left Buenos Aires (which is where we currently reside) at 9:45 in the evening and arrived in the city of Cordoba on the 2nd at 6:30 in the morning.

We had rented an apartment to stay in during those days, but it was delivered to us at 3:00 p.m. that same day we arrived. We had nothing planned to do during that time, so we decided to take a tour to get to know the capital of Córdoba.

Nos montamos en este autobús que es el encargado de hacer un "City Tour" y nos llevaría a los sitios más importantes y emblemáticos de la ciudad.

We got on this bus that is in charge of making a "City Tour" and would take us to the most important and emblematic sites of the city.

Conocimos muchos sitios maravillosos y por supuesto como buenos turistas tomamos todas las fotos que pudimos. Es una ciudad que tiene mucho que ofrecer.

We saw many wonderful sites and of course as good tourists we took as many pictures as we could. It is a city that has a lot to offer.

Al terminar el recorrido no teníamos más nada que hacer, así que nos fuimos a sentar en una plaza para esperar que pasara el tiempo restante para ir al departamento.

At the end of the tour we had nothing else to do, so we went to sit in a square to wait for the remaining time to go to the apartment.

Mi esposa Nelimar se quedó dormida en mis piernas un rato. Estábamos bien cansados por el viaje. Quienes han viajado en bus, saben que uno a pesar de que duerme queda bien agotado.

My wife Nelimar fell asleep in my lap for a while. We were very tired from the trip. Those who have traveled by bus know that even though you sleep, you are exhausted.

Ya cuando se hizo la hora fuimos al departamento, al llegar nos aseamos, acomodamos las cosas y aprovechamos de descansar un poco. En horas de la tarde, casi al anochecer, salimos nuevamente a recorrer un poco y conocer la zona donde nos estábamos hospedando.

When it was time to go to the apartment, we cleaned up, arranged our things and took the opportunity to rest for a while. In the afternoon, almost at dusk, we went out again to walk around and get to know the area where we were staying.

Nos fuimos a cenar y luego fuimos a uno de los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad que habíamos conocido ese día en el tour que hicimos, pero en la noche es que se aprecia mucho mejor porque es una fuente que tiene luces de colores y además tiene música y los chorros de agua salen al ritmo de esta.

We went to dinner and then went to one of the emblematic sites of the city that we had known that day on the tour we did, but at night is that it is much better appreciated because it is a fountain that has colored lights and also has music and water jets out to the rhythm of this.

Era un show de luces bastante llamativo e impresionante. Nos lo disfrutamos mucho. Un buen cierre para nuestro primer día en Córdoba. Ya luego nos fuimos al departamento a descansar y prepararnos para el siguiente día.

It was quite a flashy and impressive light show. We enjoyed it very much. A good closing for our first day in Córdoba. Then we went back to the apartment to rest and get ready for the next day.
