Stress is something that I've been experiencing throughout my rather young life.
My country really isn't helping and when we talk about time managements, the youths would rather spend their time following celebrities than working on their selves than trying to increase their everything 🤣
Depreciation everywhere, for real tgis life is hard. I agree with Mike

Celebrities, movies, TV shows, and streaming services are such a big distraction. I have Netflix and I occasionally get hooked on some of the shows they have on. I try my best to limit my time to something reasonable. It can also be fun looking for subtle virtual signalling within movies and TV shows.
