Soon after i startet with graffiti i had the chance to bring what i love to other people. I startet with my first graffiti-workshops. So i could show them my zone where i can challenge and enjoy myself by painting pieces. As i startet as a sozial worker in communitydevelopment i realized that there is much more in and around my paintings and the hip-hop culture than i expectet. Since then i use the spraycan as a educational tool in communitybuilding that goes further than just painting walls. Its a tool to bring colour to the grey walls in the citys, a tool that you can use to express your creativity, it can make you enjoy yourself and the space around you more and it is a weapon in space appropriation that leads to a number of ways to use it politicaly.
But at first its all about fun. One main important part of my workshops especially with kids is that there is no wrong. just go for it, get in the zone...

Even if my account is not about illegal Graffiti there is allways a connection to the side that a lot of people disklike. So its sometimes part of the things that the partizipants want to experience. They also experience that it is not easy to do a piece and even the tagging is a difficultie for itself. It gets mor understandable for them why a lot of the taggings you see are like skribbles. Because if you do it in the dark and with the stress of getting busted it is really hard to get a nice outcome.

Most of the time and especially when we paint inside buildings the inkognito is anyway part of the experience.

This is the place where my workshops startet. I could go painting whenever i wantet to and i hafe some friends who are really good writers who helped my vision of a nice place to paint for everyone to become true. Thank you!
