RE: Power Outage

Power outages are a part of life where we live. So many trees, so many storms, so much snow. The power company is in the process of burying most of the power lines in our area, but they won't be done until sometime later this year. We, too, have a generator, just in case. It has seen a good bit of use over the years.

I have a favorite meatloaf recipe, too. It came from my mother-in-law, who was a fantastic cook. I hope you get the chance to go back and try that restaurant after it is officially open. How nice of the proprietor to give you samples!
