Thank you for advertising the new VYB community. There is one tribe policy, though, you should become aware of and its the moderation policy and curation policy. The curation policy should be coming out this week. A draft form of the moderation policy is available here and is currently active: Vybrainium Moderation - A Proposal.
Like @erikah specified, self-votes will be discouraged. For example, in this article, you self-vote on eddiesun and your alt account aftabkhan10. I remember in an earlier article of yours way back that aftabkhan10 was lost and you had to create a new account. Normally, not my business, but if it's an alt and still yours it counts on VYB.
@cwow2, the VYB community would discourage self-voting via warning, application of the mute function, and reporting to the community. On the topic of the mute function, it would first be applied to the article, and eventually the author in progressively longer time periods. Applications of the mute function would be communicated regularly to the community.
VYB would take the same approach with fraudulent articles.
Thank you for clarifying that to the user. Maybe this approach can serve as an eye opener. Or not. Who knows?
That's a big maybe. We'll see. I've got some template posts about self-voting I'll start spreading around tomorrow. That should get some conversations going. I never realized how much self-voting was occurred, or was even tolerated on Hive, until recently. What's also impressive (maybe not in a positive light) is the stake some people put behind the SV.

You're very welcome. My intent is not to drop the hammer blindly. Given my current review of SV on Hive it's a pretty common occurrence. VYB just doesn't want it here. Hence the discussion first.

And this is how things should be done instead of dropping hammers without a warning.
