HMART - Korean Food Cravings
Having to see the different kinds of Korean food that H.Mart offers, my sisters and I went there the day after my birthday. It was a birthday treat for me which I was so grateful for. It was far from home and good thing that there was CCLEX my sister drove us there passing through CCLEX which made us arrive there earlier. Since the place is famous, it's always full of customers so whenever you feel like going there make sure to go there earlier or on a weekday to avoid a bigger crowd. When we arrived there I was so excited that I couldn't even choose which one to try first. There's teokbokki, Heotteok2, gimbap, ramen, cord dog, and a lot more! My daughter was also buy roaming around the grocery area since she's a big fan of their snacks, especially their ice cream.
What fascinates me is that it's really affordable. We ordered a DIY ramen and made a cheesy ramen with egg. There's a station where you make your own rameon which was really amazing. We have tried their teokbokki, Dakkochi, fish sticks, corndog, hoteok2, and gimbap. My mom is not really a fan of Korean food but when she tried gimbap for the first time she said that she never knew it tasted that good.
Everything tasted really good and authentic. It seems like we were having a street food feast in Korea. Right after devouring all the food we bought, we also had an ice cream for our dessert. I love that their ice cream tasted really creamy and not that sweet. This store is really a must-visit if you're a big fan of Korean food like me. You can buy their goodies at a very affordable price here since they also have wholesale.
H. MART is located at Lapu-Lapu, LGJT HUU-INN BLDG, IBAPU, MACTAN and they are open 24/7.
