A little girl was raised in the garden city.
That girl had straight black hair and her name was Evelyn.
Her childhood was beautiful, in spite of everything at that time, she was an only child and lived with her parents.

She could not run, jump and everything that a child does for fun.
Her entertainments were without feeling adrenaline, since her mother no longer held her in her arms.

And now she would only use a wheelchair from the age of 10.
Her father was a man of strong character and a hard worker.
He never lacked food, toys and most importantly his attention, when he arrived every night or sometimes in the afternoon depending on his schedule.

Her mother at that time her only job was to take care of her and she was overprotective, normal in some mothers, I guess.
But in this case more so.

During the vacations she enjoyed herself much more at Christmas, where daddy gave his most of his time and all of these.

Everything she wanted he gave her, one of the material things was a bicycle.
Logically she had one, three to be exact.
As time went by, the first one she didn't use and was given as a gift, as she was a child, she didn't give it any importance.

And life gave her a sister who was the opposite of her and ended up using everything that Evelyn could not.

So that's where the obsession of riding the bike became a challenge.
She went from having half of her body immobile, she had sensibility and felt her whole body that all her childhood was also full of hospitals, surgeries and therapies.....

That granted her to learn to walk with the help of a walker.
And one of his therapies was the balance in the equine therapy and later the bicycle, because it is where he can strain his feet with the pedals.
At least part of his therapies.
It was very frustrating to be ridden without being able to hit it and to be afraid of falling.
If I cried, they would scold me or worse, they wouldn't ride me anymore.
And my feet used to come off the pedals.

When that little girl grew up and was a young lady in therapy, they put her on one that the rehabilitator tied her feet to the pedals.

And it was super, even though it was an exercise bike.
Of course she had to force herself to hit it, but she had a problem solved.
And that same technique his father applied.

With attitude, effort and practice she was able to pedal at a slower pace with the training wheels.

For Evelyn was much joy now since dad could, she knew that he gave her the satisfaction of having adrenaline.

Then she grew up and everything changed, goodbye bike and daddy.
But it is a nice memory that shows that everything is possible with motivation.
