My Special Spaghetti for Grandson's 5th-month Birthday
Hello everyone! My youngest grandson is now exactly five months old. Thank God for the gift of life!

I cooked spaghetti for long life. Therefore, I did not split the pasta to shorten it. When we were kids, our elders would prepare pansit behon for long life so they say, and there's nothing to lose if you believe in this! It may sound funny but I sincerely pray with fingers crossed that it will be.:)
Anyways, here's my recipe simple as it is:
Spaghetti
500g. Spaghetti noodles
1/2 kilo ground meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bulb union, sliced
1 bell pepper
4 big tomatoes, chopped
1 black pepper
1/4 cup Cooking oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 liter spaghetti sauce
1 box cheesemi
Salt and seasonings to taste.
I prepared all the ingredients first. One of the secrets to have a more saucy taste of tomato sauce is to actually add real juicy tomatoes in it. Chop it well and include with the usual spices such as onions and garlic along with bell peppers. Bell peppers also add to the unique flavor.
Therefore, drop the tomatoes first and stir until flaky.
Then add onions, garlic and bell peppers...
To be followed by the ground meat.
I stir fried it first to reach a little crispy effect of the meat before adding 1 cup of water in order to meet the exact taste of salt and seasonings. Additional basil if not pesto is so good for this!
Next, pour the whole pack of tomato sauce, followed by the brown sugar and cheese. Aside from the cheese toppings, melting it with the sauce is best!
This is it! By the way, don't overcook the pasta too because making it too saggy will destroy the body. I don't mix it all to avoid easy spoilage.
The secret is how the sauce is made. If you follow this, there's no reason why your testers won't add for another plate! lol!
It was a late dinner because my son-in-law who works at Oppo in Ayala is the last person to close the shop at 9pm and daughter finished her lecture was already late in preparation for their final exams next week. Well, granny me is the back up of course including Antonia's tutorial. Lol! My hands are quite full and I am happy to be there for them. They're both responsible parents and so Blessed for having another child.
This is baby Jaijai at exactly 5 months old!
The joy of having him is priceless.
This is all for now, God bless everyone and thank you for dropping by.
