LOH Contest #161: Christmas Is Around Everywhere So Let's Take A Selfie!

Here in the Philippines, we usually say it's already "ber" months when the month of September comes in, which is the last quarter of the year wherein most of us are excited with the coming holiday season.

The kids were excited to go "malling" because the mall seems to be jam-packed with all kinds of people from different ages. I had no choice but to accompany the young ones to the Arcades which as their main purpose of going there. We took some souvenir photos first starting from the ground floor

I took a photo of Antonia and her long time buddy since their nursery days. He's the nephew of my son-in-law.

It took us few minutes before getting no passersby in front as the mall was filled with people walking back and forth!

We went to the second floor and passed by the bookstore first and hid some at the back of bookshelf for them to buy when they return after the game later they said.:)

I took a selfie while waiting for them.

Well, it's been a while since my last visit here because my legs just couldn't tackle anymore and to think that when you look around, you've already walked about a kilometer unknowingly!

See, I was already left behind as I could feel my aching feet in progress so I told them to go ahead.

Well, another selfie will keep me from getting bored, stopping every now and then to relax my feet!

They ran when they're approaching towards the Arcade.

Agitated, they immediately purchased tokens where they could join in any booth they wanted to play on.

Luckily, they're managed to hit the jackpot most of the time which made them so excited and even myself!

I was tempted to join in a lottery where there were older ones playing but I chose not to because of the time pressure since it was already 10PM!

Alas! There tickets kept pouring out and thsir basket was already full that I finally told them to stop which they readily agreed as they were both hungry and tired.

Summing it all, they got a reward and a golden token from the management!

Before going down, I opted to buy a flat sandal as I could feel the tingling sensation my aching heels. But all in all, it was a successful journey for the kids and me.:)

We bought some Christmas candies and chocolates for the little ones left at home before going out and hail a taxi in going home at last.
