Fresh Vegetable Salad for Good Health
Hello everyone! Another blessing was delivered to us this morning which gave me that wide smile! I said wow! At last there's a cucumber this time.
Maybe it's time for me to do the Google on how to make some kimchi or else that big bunch of Chinese Pechay will go down to waste. I only needed few stems for other recipes. There's still some veggies in ref too so perhaps I wil give some to the garbage men who drops by twice a week to pick our garbage. Veggies are very expensive once they're delivered in the city malls and wet markets.
I peeled a separate cucumber for Antonia because she likes to dip it with soy sauce only:)

And this is mine! Eating healthy foods are rewarding physically and mentally.

Looks very appealing, I can eat endless amounts of salad. We found some oranges the other day, another thing I like to add to salad when possible. Nice work chef!
