You find yourself doing better if you actually engage on Leofinance.
Put together a post that has some content to it, not just 100 words. Try to get at least 500 words in a post that is about cryptocurrency or finance (or business).
Also, with your comments make them worthwhile. That will help to get you responses as well as some upvotes.
Effort comes through in what you post. Show everyone you are making some effort.

Hello, Happy to hear that you heard about Leofinance, but you don't get paid simply for posting anything.
The idea is to make original content about issues relating to crypto, crypto-games or investing, if others like your post and find it entertaining, or informative, they may upvote your post.
If you are playing Splinterlands, that might be a decent place to start. Post about your battles, cards, or various other aspects of the game.
