A delicious Chicken with Rice, Plantains and Guasacaca Dressing
To eat delicious, sometimes you just have to invent them and this time I went in. My wife and I decided to cook something very delicious for everyone at home, including our friend Ceistian who was visiting today and who was going to share for the rest of the day. the afternoon.
Today we will cook fried chicken, with sides hehe and for that we will need:
Chopped chicken,
Oil.
Avocado.
Bananas.
Rice.
Garlic.
Green dressings.
1 egg
wheat flour or breadcrumbs.
We had already bought a minced chicken the day before, so it was cooked and stored in the fridge, and why? Well, I'll explain it to you. 👨🍳 Today I went out to buy vegetables, dressings and other things to prepare, especially oil, because we were going to prepare a delicious fried chicken, with bananas, rice and a guasacaca dressing.
First of all, I assembled the rice on the electric cooker, while my wife passed the chicken through egg and flour to top it off, it was already cooked, so we didn't have much to worry about, my wife took full charge of cooking the fried chicken and prepare the dressing.
I finished cooking the rice, which was loose and delicious, it made me eat it pure. Then I chopped the plantains and put them in water to cook them and have cooked plantains, which would be the ideal accompaniment for this dish, while I help my wife chop the green seasonings for the guasacaca.
My wife finished cooking the fried chicken and took an avocado along with the green dressings and blended everything with the immersion blender and once everything was ready, it was just time to serve the food with a nice presentation, although it was not easy because the children were excited . 😁
