Actually based on True events! The gut wrenching- "The Kashmir Files"
Some movies are eye opener and not just a piece of cinema. The story speak volumes when told correctly. Generally a Bollywood film gets promotion from several ways but a movie which is rarely promoted by anyone is now getting promoted by every citizen of India and even outside of the nation.
There is some deep sense of pain in the story. How shameful it is of our education system, our media to not report such genocide in our history. How much we were taught about Hitler's concentration camps, the world wars etc and not even a single mention in the history books about the Kashmir genocide, A state of our nation which was shed with blood and even now many stupid people do not even acknowledges it!
Through this platform as a responsible citizen of INDIA I would like to share my review of the movie- "The Kashmir Files"
About
Under the direction of Vivek Agnihotri and 2 years of research on facts the Movie Kashmir files was released based on true event. With no fabrication at all. The mass killing of Kashmir pandits by the Jihadi Islamic terrorist in the precious valley of Kashmir.

The Plot
The movie is set in 1990 and swings between 2016 and 90's. Starting the plot with Jihadi Islamic terrorists open firing the guns in the public place of Kashmir where majority was Kashmiri Hindu(Mostly pandits, few biharis and sardars) and chanted the slogans
Raliv Galiv ya Chaliv ("convert (to Islam), leave or die")
The reign of terror so started that every other Islamic militant terrorist even their kids starting torturing the rest of Hindu population by cutting food, electricity, not using Indian currency but pakistani currency, killing people with gunshots, setting homes on fire, rapping girls and what not.
There was an IAS officer who wanted to take stand against all these mass killings but the crocket politics of the CM Farooq Abdullah made this case worse. He had friendships with Islamic militants and was helping them in mass killings.

The director on the left and cast on the right
The movie continued to show how people where forced to leave their homes over night and they had no place to hide or leave as well. The people who were hiding were killed brutally.
The unbearable scene of painful killing was really hard to watch. They torcher people so drastically that even they gang rapped a women in open and cut her in pieces through mechanical saw when she was alive!
Killing kids, and every age men and women and women were brutally rapped in open and killed harshly. Also this movie showcased the today's reality in the jump between years. As to how today's youth is so unaware of the past genocide that a University called (J.N.U.) spreads hate and false narrative to students and asks them to protest against India and in favour of Islamic terrorists.
Real vs Reel Cast
There were so many characters whose real names where used as it is in the movie but few of them got a slight change in name.
Considering the cast of the movie, they did total justice to the movie's story! I and my nation cried on each and every actor's depiction of reality.
The painful longing of Kashmiri hindu's to get back to their home Kashmir and their cries of brutal lost and torture of their loved ones.

The left one is character of Bitta ( The terrorist) played in movie and right one is the real picture of Bitta- the terrorist.
Chinmay played the character and he added certain features of other main lead terrorist as well called Yasin malik etc.

The left one is the character of Nivedita Menon played in the movie and right one is the original Nivedita menon who is a professor who spread hates till date to the students of university and she is very much famous for having connection with terrorists.
The role played in the movie by Pallavi Joshi is excellent. we literally hated her just because of her superb acting as negative role.
Rest of the cast had so much similarities to the real life people. There few characters in some what positive roles which needs recognition-

Sir Anupam Kher played the role of Pushpanath ji or Boob ji. He showed the real pain of Kashmiri pandits hindus. His acting bought tears of pain and sorrow in everyone's eyes.
Src
Sir Mithun Chakarborty played the role of Brahma Dutt who was IAS officer and he was the one who tried his best to save the Kashmir but couldn't.
Src
Darshan Kumar played the role of Krishna who is the youth of nation and he portrays the story in his own way through fantastic acting.
Crux
This film showcases the reality of Kashmir who is the part of our nation India and how now we are not safe to roam the Kashmir, there is so much terrorism, I hope the future brings light of hope and it becomes the paradise as it is depicted everywhere.
