Welcome to my blog. I hope everyone is well. Today the weather is quite cold and there is a strong wind. There is a 70% chance of rain. I always try to cook something on Creative-Sunday. Today we have some guests at our house, so I decided to make pulao

Procedure
First we will take 1 kg of rice and wash it well and soak it for some time. We will prepare ingredients in this time. First we will take 100 grams of onion and peel it and cut it finely. Put in a pot and then we will add 50 grams of oil and put it to cook on low flame
When the onion turns light brown, then we will take the 4 green chillies and (50 gram) ginger and make a paste of them. Add this paste inside the cooked onion. Now take one ripe tomato and chop it and add it to it to make it taste better
Now we will roast this spice well. Then take half a kilo of meat and wash it well and keep it in a separate pot. When the paste is fried well then add the meat and cook till it is well cooked
This meat will be cooked on low flame because meat cooks well on low flame. If you cook it on too high flame, the meat will not cook properly. Then add biryani masala to it and mix it well and fry it. Fry the meat until it is well cooked
Now we will add one tablespoon of crushed red pepper and half tablespoon of salt and half tablespoon of turmeric. When the spices and meat are fried well, then add 2 kg of water. Twice as much water is added as compared to rice. Then when the water starts boiling, we will add the soaked rice and cook it. When the rice swells, keep it on low flame for five minutes, the rice will be ready
Final Look
Here is the Video:
That looks so good.
I like how you fried the onions enough to become golden brown.
Also, I didn’t see you marinate the meat, is there any reason for that?
It can be added without marination it's optional and taste the same.
Abe you seems well known Pakistani cousine. I smelled as you ask the questions. Have you tried it ?
No I haven’t tried though
Meat can be added without marinate
Browning the onion more gives the rice a better final look and a better taste
