Welcome to my blog. Hope you all are well. I didn't know until this morning that I would make this recipe. But when I found out that today is Sunday, I wondered if I should make a drawing or a recipe for Creative-Sunday. Then I thought that last time I made a drawing, so this time I should try the recipe. Anyway, it's been a while since I made a recipe. It was quite a sunny day and I wanted to finish my work before the sun got too hot. I quickly gathered all ingredients and became a speedy chef

Ingredients
- Okra = Half kg
- Onion = Half kg
- Gram flour = 50 gm
- Yogurt = 200 gm
- Oil = 100 gm
- Tomato = 30 gm
- Green Chillies = 30 gm
- Ground Red Chillies = 1 Tablespoon
- Salt = 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric = Half Tablespoon
- Dry Coriander = 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin = Half Tablespoon
Process
Before explaining the recipe, I would like to mention that this method of cooking okra is slightly different. I saw this method in a YouTube video and this is my first time trying this method. First we will take half a kilo of okra and wash them well. Then to boil them we will put them in water and put them on top of the fire and when the water starts boiling then we will boil them for only two minutes


After boiling for two minutes, we will come out the okra from the hot water and add it to the cold water. Then put them in a separate pot to dry. When they are dry, then cut them and add 50 gram of gram flour to it and mix it well


Now we will put 100 grams of oil in a pot and put it to heat on low flame. When the oil gets hot, then we will add the okra and fry them till it turns light brown and fry them on low flame


Now we will take 200 grams of yogurt and add one tablespoon of red chillies, one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric to it and mix it well

Now we will take half a kilo of onion and peel it and cut it. Then add this chopped onion to the same oil in which we fried the okra. Before frying the okra, we will add half tablespoon of cumin in the hot oil. Then put it to cook on low flame
We will take tomatoes and green chillies as per the quantity mentioned in the above ingredients and wash and chop them then add in the onion

Now add one tablespoon of red chili, one tablespoon of salt and half tablespoon of turmeric to it, mix it well and cook it for about five minutes. This recipe has to be cooked on low flame. Because cooking on high flame makes a big difference in its taste and it can also burn. While cooking on low flame cooks things well


After cooking for five minutes we will add curd to it and cook it for two to three minutes. Add the okra later as they are fried so they will cook quickly
Now add the fried okra to it and cook it on low flame for about 10 minutes. Then take down it from the fire and add one tablespoon of dried coriander. Now our delicious recipe is ready
