Mensaje diario de 5 minutos-No es mi jurisdicción/ Daily 5 minute message- Not my jurisdiction

Me encantan las series de televisión policiales y cuando veo que a veces no hay un buen castigo o justicia me pongo muy brava, porque creo en la justicia para todos. Pero la realidad es que a veces dejamos pasar injusticias simplemente porque no nos corresponde arreglar el mundo solamente a nosotros. Pero a veces lo intentamos y nos metemos en problemas.

Es una realidad que la justicia muchas veces no le llega a todos y a veces hasta los que son justos pagan por ser honestos. Parece un enredo de palabras. Pero me gusta que las cosas siempre terminen bien y que se haga justicia para todos.

Pero encontramos jueces que simplemente dicen que a ellos no les corresponde el caso y se lo pasan a otro. Así hacemos nosotros en la vida real, vemos personas pidiendo en la calle que sabemos que nos es correcto pero nosotros tampoco nos alcanza para cubrirlos a ellos también. Es simplemente que no es nuestra jurisdicción atenderlos.

Muchas veces he escuchado decir a otros vayan a pedirle al gobierno, ustedes lo montaron allí. Pero son niños que no tenían edad de votar. Tal vez sus padres si lo hicieron. Total es un dime y direte que a veces no tiene ni pies ni cabeza.

ENGLISH VERSION

I love crime series, and when I see that sometimes there isn't a fair punishment or justice, I get very angry, because I believe in justice for all. But the reality is that sometimes we let injustices go simply because it's not up to us alone to fix the world. But sometimes we try and get into trouble.

It's a reality that justice often doesn't reach everyone, and sometimes even those who are just pay for being honest. It seems like a collection of words. But I like things to always end well and for justice to be done for everyone.

But we find judges who simply say the case isn't theirs and pass it on to someone else. That's what we do in real life. We see people begging on the street, knowing it's not right for us, but we don't have the money to cover them either. It's simply not our jurisdiction to serve them.

I've often heard others say, "Go petition the government; you set it up there." But they're children who weren't old enough to vote. Maybe their parents did. It's a dime a dozen and sometimes it doesn't make any sense.
