We are in the year 2024 and from time to time a new customer comes in and with three women at the counter and a man to serve them, the customer addresses the man. I automatically smiled, because I know what's coming behind it. Simply a sense of discrimination stands out at that moment.

Of course, those who are already clients and technicians know perfectly well that those who know the most; They are not only those who wash in it, but those who know how they work.

For years we have experienced this segregation in our family business, in the end they end up realizing who knows the most about technical problems and reconsidering their position.

This learning took us a long time, starting with my mother who in the 70s took charge of an appliance repair shop, learning to wind motors and repair washing machines. He was in charge of 5 employees.

The presence of women who stood out in our company capable of repairing blenders, washing machine clocks like the young Graciela did. Her for being a woman, being dark and being so young; He changed the minds of many because of his great capacity for learning and work.

Our clients have learned not to get carried away by this differentiation of men and women, they know of our work capacity that stands out in the area.

My work is a great school where we all learn. My mother taught us not to sell for the sake of selling, if we observe that the piece that the client brings is good in optimal conditions, we ask him questions about the flaws, directing him to look for another problem. It is true that we stopped selling but we are sure that we gained the customer's trust.

Estamos en el año 2024 y de vez en cuando entra algún cliente nuevo y estando tres mujeres en el mostrador y un hombre para atenderlos, el cliente se dirige al hombre. Yo automáticamente me sonrió, porque se lo que viene detrás de ello. Simplemente un sentido de discriminación resalta en ese momento.

Por supuesto los que ya son clientes y los técnicos, saben perfectamente, que las que más saben; no son solamente las que lavan en ella, sino las que saben como funcionan.

Durante años hemos vivido en nuestra empresa familiar esta segregación, a la final terminan dándose cuenta quienes son las que más saben sobre problemas técnicos y reconsiderando su posición.

Este aprendizaje nos tomo mucho tiempo comenzando por mi madre que en los años 70 se hizo cargo de un taller de reparaciones de equipos electrodomésticos, aprendiendo a embobinar motores y reparar lavadoras. Tenía a su cargo 5 empleados.

La presencia de mujeres que destacaban en nuestra empresa capaces de reparar licuadoras, relojes de lavadora como lo hacía la joven Graciela. Ella por ser mujer, ser morena y ser tan joven; hizo cambiar de opinión a muchos por su gran capacidad de aprendizaje y trabajo.

Nuestros clientes han aprendido a no dejarse llevar por esta diferenciación de hombres y mujeres, saben de nuestra capacidad de trabajo que resalta en la zona.

Mi trabajo es una gran escuela donde todos aprendemos. Mi madre nos enseño a no vender por vender, si observamos que la pieza que trae el cliente esta buena en optimas condiciones, le realizamos preguntas sobre las fallas, orientándolo a buscar otro problema. Es verdad dejamos de vender pero estamos seguras que ganamos la confianza del cliente.
