My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2023

Yesterday's morning I got up at 7:30 feeling energetic and happy . After days of being unwell , I found myself at a place where I can start trying and pushing forward.

Smarty came with us too. After giving birth it was the first time that she was out. She enjoyed herself big time.

She's pretty exhausted from all the work of these amazing puppies . They are very little and they need constant care.

The weather was great and we all were so cheerful . We went to the forest from one of our usual routes .

When we entered at the forest. We all got more excited . I just took a look at my surroundings and felt really happy and grateful .

Our destination was a delightful spot and we prepared ourselves for doing yoga . Yoga in the nature is something else. It's a little harder but way more beneficial .

After days I felt like I can enjoy little things once again. We took selfies and did some other fun things too,like giving Milo new vision experience 😋

In our way back we picked some oranges from the tree and our joy was complete .
