Yummy cheese bread rolls
Do you wanna follow me and make some yummy cheese bread rolls with very few ingredients? Trust me, that recipe I found looked so promising and turned out to be so delicious and easy that I am definitely doing it again and again!!
What we're going to need:
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup oil (I used corn oil)
- 9gr dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 500-700 gr all purpose flour (depending on your measuring cup for the liquid ingredients)
- Feta cheese
- Margarine or butter for the filling
First step: the dough:
First, mix the yeast with the water and sugar and then add the rest of the ingredients and knead until your dough doesn't stick to your fingers. Make it a nice round ball, wash it with a little oil, cover it and let it rest in a warm place until it gets double in volume.
Step two: divide and... open
Then, divide the dough in two pieces and with your rolling pin make two thick sheets. Spread some margarine or butter on the first one, add the grated cheese on top, cover with the second sheet of dough and repeat the same step.
Step three: roll and cut
Make a nice thick roll and cut it.
Step four: into the baking tray
Place the rolls in a baking tray(baking paper is a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning your baking trays, so don't forget to use some). If you like, you can add a little margarine or butter on top of each roll
Step five: bake, bake, bake
Bake at a, preheated oven at 190°C until they get a nice golden color (half an hour to forty minutes depending on the oven).
Step six: enjoy!
You're ready to taste your delicious homemade cheese bread rolls! Hot or cold it doesn't matter because they are fantastic no matter their temperature and they taste equally good even the next day. ☺️

I am not a fanatic of baking because it always seem to be stressful. This looks nice. I like it
Maybe you need to find someone to bake yummy things for you 😜
That looks fairly simple, I’m gonna give it a try. I’m sure they are tasty.
Oh you should try them. Next time I might use some olives and oregano too...
Those look delicious.. or maybe I just got the munchies
Oh no, it is as good as it looks 😂
Yes
That looks so nice. Very Greek-like :)
We had our honeymoon in Kefalonia, and boy one thing I loved very much was the food. Tasted goat for the first time in my life too! Delicious.
This is so weird. It's like looking into Trumpman's life and seeing that he has a normal one just like me (I married a teacher that loves kids too).
I don't want to brag, but the Greek cuisine is really really good 😝😝
Well, Trumpman is a great family man who loves simple things. No matter how big of a troll he can be at times 😜
