A family walk...
On Sunday Trumpman had the best idea! We decided to get in the car and visit a place we hadn't been to for ages. A tranquil little port, around 20 km away from home. It was already evening when we got ready and hit the road, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the drive and the peaceful scenery we met once we reached our destination.
Very few people where there, since the port gets busy late at night and early in the morning with the boats and fishermen coming and going and the vendors coming to buy cheap fresh fish to sell in the market.
The atmosphere was so calm. You could hear the sound of the chirping birds flying above your head and the noise of the passing cars in the distance.
The waters were so calm, they looked like mirrors...
Reflecting a combination of natural beauty and human civilization.
Hidden in the clouds, Mount Olympus with its still snow white peak waved hello!
The clouds made the whole scenery look like a wonderfully painted canvas and that only made me wish dusk would be a little later on that day...
I needed more time to absorb every color, every sound and smell of that place. The old boats did not bother me, the smell of the wet nets did not bother me, the serenity of the place made everything feel so magical and reminded me how blessed I was to be there, enjoying that moment, alive, healthy and with my two boys with me!!

Even without telling us that the atmosphere is calm, we can see it here
Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures
Beautiful and serene, I need to pack the bags and go on a long vacation!
That is a great view for sure. I have a shore place booked for ten days in August. Can’t wait for it. You are making me jealous…
