Me & The Half Pint - My Entry For The Monomad Challenge

Inflation is getting brutal. In Japan pints have almost doubled at my favorite watering hole. Pint's used to run about $7-9, now they are $12 - 14! Even at $7 I would usually only have 1 so now I'm forced to downsize to the half pint.

The pub was practically empty the other night I went and staff was half of what it usually is. I suspect people just aren't willing to pay $12 -14 for a pint.

The pub is called Good Beer Faucets in Shibuya, Tokyo. The beer I was sampling was a session IPA from a Japanese brewer. I forgot to take not of the brewery's name as the beer wasn't very special. It did help me wash away my concerns about spending so much money, alone, on a mediocre beer though!

I know inflation is hitting everyone, everywhere, not just me, here. I hope we all come out on the other end better off than we are. Hang in there, work hard and remember taxation is theft!
