MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION, DAY ONE| MAY 16, 2022

Glory to God Brethren, I am so excited we started another phase of the Mass Indoctrination, and this is going to be so inspiring and blessed.

I was so blessed by the teachings on the first day of the Mass Indoctrination phase two. And I urge us to continue and invite our loved ones to join. What we learnt are the teachings of the Only Master Jesus Christ.

THE IMPORTANT POINTS I LEARNED FROM DAY ONE OF MASS INDOCTRINATION

Our way of living should be according to the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ

• In 1 Timothy 6:3 some teach false doctrines that are inconsistent with the gospel. Such teachings should not be accepted. We are currently in the Christian era.
  The voice the disciples of Jesus heard during Jesus' baptism indeed came from heaven and it was from God.

• God gave the Apostle the guide to listen to the teachings of Jesus Christ because He is the only True Teacher.

• If we listen to the wrong doctrines, it will have bad implications for us, and it is very wrong.

• Christianity is a call to fellowship with the Father, we have to follow and practice our calling.

• In Matthew 28:19-20, one of the teachings of the Master was to make disciples of all nations, to win, build and send them to the world to win others to Christ.

NUMBER ONE DOCTRINE IS BAPTISM

• Baptism is not one of the ten commandments, but this is what Jesus teaches and he commanded us to follow and to teach others to get Baptist.

The Doctrines of Christ are written in the Bible. We are not to accept anything that is not written in the Bible. The only thing we should believe in is those Words written in the Bible.

WHAT IS THE PROOF THAT THE FIRST TEACHING OF CHRIST IS BAPTISM?

• We can see that in Galatians 1:13 and Acts 22:16 on the story of Apostles Paul.
  The first thing that Paul was called to obey when he was called was to be Baptist.
  This is proof that Baptism was the first commandment.

He was formally in the Jewish religion before he was called, and after he was called to Christ to become a member of the Church, He was mandated to be Baptist first, then He became a member of the body of Christ which is the Church.

• Baptism is the formal act of joining the church
• It is to wash away the sins of a person.

IS IT NECESSARY TO JOIN THE CHURCH?

• In Acts of The Apostles 2:41 All those that received the gospel were Baptist and they all joined the church.

• They were baptists for fellowshipping with the Lord in His body the church.

• Before baptism, it is important that we receive the Word and teachings of Christ. Baptism is very necessary because Christ taught us and He commanded us to be Baptist.

DO I NEED TO JOIN THE CHURCH TO BE SAVED?

The Bible says God built the church, and if God built the Church, it is therefore necessary. The church was built for man to be a part of.

• In Colossians 1:18 Christ is the head of the church. So it is awesome to be a part of Christ's head.

• Joining the church is the will of God for us. You can't be a part of Christ and reject the church.

• If you are rejecting the Word, you are rejecting the source of the Word, which is Christ. Receiving Christ is receiving His Word, His teachings. His teaching is to become a member of the Church.

• Christ loves the church so dearly.

MY EXPECTATIONS THAT WERE IMPROVED BY LISTENING TO THE TEACHINGS

• God has given us the mandate to make disciples of all nations, and I have been called into that. I have a responsibility to save those that are yet to be saved and to build and send them.

• It is my responsibility to ensure my fellow man becomes a member of the Church of God by sharing the gospel with them.

HOW THE TEACHINGS HAS POSITIVELY IMPACTED ME

• It has helped me to understand the love of Christ towards man. And since we are children of God we are to express this same love by leading those that are yet to be saved to Christ. So they can also experience the love of God.
