MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 8 | APRIL 27, 2022

Thanks be to God for giving us another opportunity to study the Word of God, it is new every day and I am truly grateful to be among the chosen ones to enjoy its benefits.

The previous day, the 27th of April, which was the eighth day of the Mass Indoctrination was a glorious day. And I know that no two meetings are alike. The glory of the latter is always surpassing the former. And I was tremendously blessed.
I learned so much which I'd love to share with us just a few.

We were being taught how to relate with our fellow man so that we can win them to Christ.

ON THE 8TH DAY, I LEARNED THUS;

The true congregation of God do no evil to any man, it is always loving, caring and doing the wonderful works God has committed into its trust.

• If we can do good to those who are acting wickedly towards us, how much more to those who are not.
  We have an obligation to God and our fellow man

WHAT IS OUR OBLIGATION?

so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world,
Philippians 2:15 NASB1995

Our heavenly Father has send us as light to this wicked world, we are to shine everywhere.

• The way of giving light to those who are without light is our way of life. Our life can speak to others.
  People sometimes no longer read the bible, what they read now is us, that is called the children of God, we are that living epistle, written and read by all men.

WHY DOES GOD WANT US TO SHINE AS LIGHT OR TO BE AN EXAMPLE?

Friends, this world is not your home, so don’t make yourselves cozy in it. Don’t indulge your ego at the expense of your soul. Live an exemplary life in your neighborhood so that your actions will refute their prejudices. Then they’ll be won over to God’s side and be there to join in the celebration when he arrives.
1 Peter 2:11‭-‬12 MSG

• So that we can be an instrument for soul winning, so we can draw men to Him.
• From our way of life, men will learn that there is a true God.

God is the power that can rule a person.

• We should be an instrument for the growth of others spiritually.

• Also, we should do good at all times.

• Moreover, if someone in the church refuses to be corrected for their wrong done after a first and second attempt, such a member can be rejected.

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I now consider these shepherds my enemies, and I will hold them responsible for what has happened to my flock. I will take away their right to feed the flock, and I will stop them from feeding themselves. I will rescue my flock from their mouths; the sheep will no longer be their prey.
Ezekiel 34:10 NLT

• If you are righteous, you will be able to persuade those around you to give their heart to Christ and to win them to God.
• I learned also, that a single soul is very important to God.
  It will be more pleasing to God over a single sinner that comes to Him, more than ninety-nine persons that are righteous.

In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
Luke 15:7 NLT

• Let us take our soul-winning more serious, so we can increase the kingdom of God and our Heavenly Father would be happy with us.

• Furthermore, we are a people of prophecy. We should be on fulfilling that which we are. We have to keep on winning others to Christ as it is demanding of us, so we can keep on spreading and expanding.
  Every single one of us is very important to God, let us join forces into winning more people into God's kingdom.

FINALLY

If you start something, it is important to finish it well, it is very wrong to start and not finish.

“But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it? Otherwise, you might complete only the foundation before running out of money, and then everyone would laugh at you. They would say, ‘There’s the person who started that building and couldn’t afford to finish it!’
Luke 14:28‭-‬30 NLT

• If you are doing good, you have to continue and finish it well.
