MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 5 | APRIL 22, 2022

A wonderful weekend my beloved Brethren in Christ, hope we all are having a beautiful day today?
I pray the peace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ abide with us always in this last days as we continue to be a blessing to our world in Jesus Name. Amen.

Everyday of this week was really an amazing time in God's presence, as our hearts and minds were inundated with the Word of God in a whole different dimension.

Personally I was blessed and well taught about the beautiful Christian life God has given us. A life of prayer, how to receive answers to prayers, how to pray effectively, and also importantly, how to live and prepared for marriage. This is important because, so many marriages have experience failure because they didn't let God have His ways in them. I remain grateful to Brother Eli and Brother Daniel for putting up this Mass Indoctrination together to teach us the Doctrines of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The previous day was very significant, as we continued on the subject of PRAYER and HOW WE CAN RECEIVE ANSWERS TO OUR PRAYERS.

AND HERE IS A FEW FROM WHAT I LEARNED...

---

For our prayers to be answered, God wants us to submit our knees, hands, eyes, mouth to him. Aside all these,

• I was made to understand that there are other parts of our body God required us to also submit to Him for our prayers to be answered.

Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.
1 Corinthians 7:3‭-‬5 KJV

This is important when it comes to our commitment to God, and husband to wife, wife to husband.
As a woman, the Bible says, you have no power over your own body but your husband, and the man has no power over his own body but the wife.

If your husband wants to have sexual relationship with you, do not deprived him of it.

• I was made to understand that, the only time husband and wife can agreed to abstain from sexual intercourse is when they want to devote themselves to prayer and fasting.
• Prayers coupled with fasting has great power.

FASTING?

---

Fasting is a special time you consecrate to God, so you can have special time of fellowship with the Father.

• You shut down every form of distractions and focus on God.
• When you're faced with a matter that's too big for you to handle, you can apply fasting.
• When you feel you're weak spiritually and need to regain strength.

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.
Isaiah 58:6‭-‬8 KJV

• When fasting, you have to unbound whatever that may distract you, forgive and let go.
• At the period of fasting, always show love, kindness to everyone that needed.

According to scientist;

Fasting helps to boost the immune system.

• Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
  Matthew 6:16 KJV

• Moreover, there are doctrines for husband and wife to observe;
  Any man who beat up his wife, when he prays, God will not listen to such a man.

Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
1 Peter 3:7 KJV

For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Ephesians 5:23‭-‬24 KJV

• God does not allow the wife to be the head of the man.

• For prayers to be answered, the husband and wife must dwell in the knowledge of God's word.

• I also learned that in 1 Timothy 5:8 KJV
  as a Christian it is our responsibility to provide for our household, anyone that doesn't is worst than an unbeliever.

In
1 Corinthians 11:4‭-‬15 KJV the Bible gave a guide on how to pray and how husband and wife can relate their worship to God. And the Bible talks about a woman covering her head while in the presence of God.

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THE COVERING ON THE WOMAN?

• I learned that the covering on the head of the woman is a sign of authority, it shows she is under Christ. And the covering is her long hair. The long hair of the woman is given her for a covering.

WHAT OTHER DOCTRINE SHOULD HUSBAND AND WIFE OBSERVE FOR THEIR PRAYERS TO BE ANSWERED?

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
Ephesians 5:25‭, ‬28 KJV

• Love: It is the law of Christ for husband and wife to love themselves for their prayers to be answered.

• And finally Brethren, we will not just pray to God, we have obligations, we have our role to play.
