There are just a few things a lot of people neglect which could have helped them achieve their goals in their organisation, business or even in community building. These few things are termed as the major keys to better performance.

Motivation: So many employers neglect this simple but all-powerful tool to better performance in a growing company or organisation. People like to feel important wherever they are, that's why Motivation is very important. It is an excellent key to better performance.

Promotion: When someone does something for you, you learn to appreciate and also promote the individual from one position to another, such an individual or person will work more effectively because the company or individual he or she is working for is appreciating him or her for the one he has done.

Salary increment is important but it is not everything.

Celebration: Everyone loves to be celebrated in every little thing, if as a boss in your Organization or field of work you learn to celebrate your staff, it will boost their energy to carry out the assignment given to them more effectively and efficiently.

Another key factor is Communication: Your relationship and communication with those working for you are very vital to your employees.

In every sector, there is a lot of competition.

When you appreciate those working for you, it motivates them, it will inspire them to improve and work more effectively to produce the desired result, and the company or organisation will be in good profits.

Remember, everyone is important.

Appreciation is very key. People get so motivated when the little that they do or achieve is recognised. Only the very strong minds will still push through without appreciation but these kind of people are very few in many organisations. Thanks for sharing so thoughtfully dear. 👌😊😊
