Hello friends of #hive! Warm greetings to everyone, especially to all the people who make life in the chess community. About 2 months ago exactly, I told you how I overcame the 2100 barrier. Staying at +2100 has been very hard, I play the tournaments of @stayoutoftherz, @schamangerbert and @chessbrotherspro where the level of play is strong, and many are the players with an elo higher than +2100. After overcoming the barrier of 2100, I was able to stay in that barrier for a very short time, it has been hard, but as always the spirit of constancy is a flame that does not go out and stays there. Once again I was able to reach the 2100 barrier, this time in the CHECKMATE COIN tournament.

This tournament is played every Monday and where several hivers participate, this past Monday I was busy helping a group of young girls in a chess training and I completely forgot about the tournament, once I finished the training and left the guidelines to follow I checked my phone and I realized that the tournament had started, I rushed to enter and I thought I had missed the tournament completely.
When I finally could enter I noticed that I had entered 22 minutes after the start of the tournament, and the tournament had a duration of 1 hour of play at a rate of 3+2 arena mode, so I still had hope to get into the top 7, as the conditions and rules of this CHECKMATE COIN says that only the top 7 are those who receive points, and I also noticed that @eniolw was leading the tournament with 8 points in the table.
In this tournament I could only play about 5 games, however, the last game that was a draw is not taken into consideration because it ended after the arena mode closed, again @eniolw wins this tournament with an excellent performance making 18 points, congratulations, I take this opportunity to congratulate the other winners @jaki01 and @KingJames4, for my part despite having entered late I achieved the goal of being among the top 7 and I placed in fifth position with 8 points.

Annoying Moments

In this position white plays 26)b3, which I consider is bad because it allows me to enter the c3 square with my knight and I attack two pieces with a double, the bank can not make the rook exchange because there is an intermediate move where I capture the bishop on white squares and give check gaining a time, the only move that white can make is Tde1 giving up the d-file and giving black the option to enter the seventh rank. However, the story was different, white played this way 26)b3 Nc3 27)Rxd8 Nxe2+ and white surrendered.

The diagram of the position belongs to the same game of the first example, only a few moves before reaching the first position of the first example, in this position I don't feel very comfortable since the white bishops have dominion of several key squares and my pieces are very passive, when the white player played 22)Bb7 attacking my pawn on a, I played the natural a5, thinking that I would lose a pawn because white could play 23)Bb7 attacking my rook and pawn on a, the only move I had was to make the rook exchange and I could advance my pawn one more square, being in a very complex position for black. But it didn't happen that way, white played differently and didn't take advantage of the great positional advantage he had with his bishops.

The next position was a draw by repetition of moves, I was in a hurry with the clock and although I have material advantage that pawns in sixth and fifth of white gave me some uncertainty, and as I said, I had little time I opted for a draw, but after analyzing the position well the game could be won with the following variation:
37)Kg1 Re2 38)Be7 Ne3+ 39)Kh1 Nf4 40)d6 Bc5 41)a4 bxa4 42)Ra1 Nxe6 43)h3 Re4 44)Rf1 Rd4 45)g3 Bxd6 and with this variation black got rid of the problem of passed pawns and is with a very tangible material advantage.

¡Hola amigos de #hive! Saludos cordiales a todos, en especial a todas las personas que hacen vida en la comunidad de ajedrez. Hace como 2 meses exactamente, les conté como superé la barrera de los 2100. Mantenerme en +2100 ha sido muy duro, juego los torneos de @stayoutoftherz, @schamangerbert y @chessbrotherspro en donde el nivel de juego es fuerte, y muchos son los jugadores con un elo superior de +2100.
Después de superar la barrera de los 2100, pude mantenerme en esa barrera por muy poco tiempo, ha sido duro, pero como siempre el espíritu de la constancia es una llamarada que no se apaga y se mantiene ahí. Nuevamente pude alcanzar la barrera de los 2100, está vez en el torneo de CHECKMATE COIN.

Este torneo se juega todo los lunes y donde varios hivers participan, este lunes que pasó estuve algo ocupada ayudando a un grupo de jovencitas en un entrenamiento de ajedrez y me olvidé por completo del torneo, una vez que terminé el entrenamiento y les dejé las pautas a seguir revisé mi teléfono y me di cuenta que el torneo había comenzado, me apresuré a entrar y pensé que me había perdido el torneo por completo.
Cuando finalmente pude entrar me fijé que había entrado 22 minutos después del inicio del torneo, y el torneo tuvo una duración de 1 hora de juego a un ritmo de 3+2 modo arena, por lo tanto aún tenía esperanza de meterme entre los 7 primeros, ya que las condiciones y reglas de este CHECKMATE COIN dice que solo los 7 primeros son los que reciben puntuación, y fijandome también que @eniolw lideraba el torneo con 8 puntos en la tabla.
En éste torneo solo pude jugar alrededor de 5 partidas, sin embargo, la última partida que fue tablas no se toma en consideración porque terminó después que el modo arena cerrara, nuevamente @eniolw gana este torneo con una actuación excelente haciendo 18 puntos, felicidades, aprovecho para felicitar a los demás ganadores @jaki01 y @KingJames4, por mi parte a pesar de haber entrado tarde logré el objetivo de estar entre los 7 primeros y me ubiqué en la quinta posición con 8 puntos.

Errores Monumentales

En está posición el blanco juega 26)b3, la cual considero que es mala porque me permite entrar a la casilla c3 con mi caballo y ataco dos piezas con un doblete, el blanco no puede hacer el cambio de torres porque hay una jugada intermedia en donde capturo el alfil de casillas blancas y doy jaque ganando un tiempo, la única jugada que puede hacer el blanco es Tde1 cediendo la columna d y dándole al negro la opción de entrar a la séptima fila. Sin embargo, la historia fue otra, el blanco jugó de esta manera 26)b3 Cc3 27)Txd8 Cxe2+ y las blancas se rindieron.

El diagrama de la posición pertenece a la misma partida del primer ejemplo, solo que unas jugadas antes de llegar a la primera posición del primer ejemplo, en está posición no me siento muy cómoda ya que los alfiles blancos tienen dominio de varias casillas claves y mis piezas están muy pasivas, cuando el jugador blanco realizan 22)Ab7 atacando mi peón de a, hice la natural a5, pensado que perdería un peón porque el blanco podía jugar 23)Ac7 atacando mi torre y peón de a, la única jugada que tenía era hacer el cambio de torres y podía avanzar mi peón una casilla más quedando en una posición muy compleja para el negro. Pero no sucedió así, el blanco jugó de otra manera y no aprovechó la gran ventaja posiconal que tenía con sus alfiles.

La siguiente posición fue tablas por repetición de jugadas, tenía apuro en el reloj y aunque tengo ventaja material eso peones en sexta y quinta de las blancas me daban cierta incertidumbre, y como ya lo dije, tenía poco tiempo opté por las tablas, pero luego de analizar bien la posición la partida se podía ganar con la siguiente variante:
37)Rg1 Te2 38)Ae7 Ce3+ 39)Rh1 Cf4 40)d6 Ac5 41)a4 bxa4 42)Ta1 Cxe6 43)h3 Te4 44)Tf1 Td4 45)g3 Axd6 y con está variante el negro se quitaba el problema de los peones pasados y esta con una ventaja de material muy tangible.
Como siempre disfruto mucho de estos torneos, y con la satisfacción de volver a superar la barrera de los 2100 y haber entrado entre los 7 primeros, tal vez si hubiera entrado a la hora exacta de juego mi actuación hubiera sido otra, quién sabe. Gracias por leer amigos, hasta la próxima.
