Hello friends, I hope you are doing well! Many times we spend most of the time on the internet and we come across one recipe or another and we save it to prepare it later, time goes by and we don't make it😂 I tell you this because it happens to me a lot so a few days ago I looked at this mango jelly recipe and I wanted to share it here with you today.

The mango jelly is a typical preparation of Venezuela, it is a rich and nutritious option because it contains vitamins A and C. The best of all is that it is made with only 3 ingredients that we could have at home.

Without further ado, let's go with the recipe💕.

Hola que tal amigos, espero se encuentren muy bien! Muchas veces pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en internet y nos topamos con una que otra receta y la guardamos para prepararla luego, pasa el tiempo y no la realizamos😂 les comento esto porque a mí me pasa mucho así que hace días mire está receta de jalea de mango y quise compartirla el día de hoy acá con ustedes.
La jalea de mango es una preparación típica de Venezuela, es una rica y nutritiva opción ya que contiene vitaminas A y C. Lo mejor de todo es que es con solo 3 ingredientes que podríamos tener en casa
Sin más que decir vamos con la receta💕


INGREDIENTS
7 pinto mangos
500gr sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla

Ingredientes
• 7 mangos pintones
• 500gr de azucar
• 2 cucharadas de vainilla

PREPARATION
The first thing to do is to wash the mangoes very well, then make 4 cuts in the shell so that it is much easier to remove it, place them in a pot with enough water and cook them.

PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar muy bien los mangos, posteriormente le hacemos 4 cortes en la concha para que al momento de retirarla sea mucho más fácil, los colocamos en una olla con suficiente agua y los llevamos a cocinar.

After approximately 35 minutes they should be soft and the shell should have come off, turn off the heat and let them rest.

Luego de 35 minutos aproximadamente ya deben estar blandos y la concha debió haberse desprendido, apagamos el fuego y los dejamos reposar.

When they are cold, peel them and with a spoon remove all the pulp, pass it through a strainer to remove the little hairs that the mango throws out and make it much softer.

Cuando estén fríos los pelamos y con una cuchara retiramos toda la pulpa, está la pasamos por un colador para retirarle las pelusitas que bota el mango y quede mucho más suave.

Add the pulp in a pot, bring to cook and slowly add the sugar and vanilla, mix and place over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, stirring continuously.

Agregamos la pulpa en una olla, llevamos a cocinar y de apoco le incorporamos la azúcar y la vainilla, mezclamos y colocamos a fuego medio aproximadamente por unos 20 minutos y removiendo continuamente.

After this time and when we see that the mixture becomes crystallized, remove from heat and pour the preparation in a container or refractory. Let it rest at room temperature and when it is cold, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

Pasado este tiempo y cuando veamos que la mezcla se torna cristalizada, retiramos del fuego y vertemos la preparación en un envase o refractaria. Dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente y al estar frío llevamos al refrigerador por 4 horas o toda la noche.

The truth is that I was quite happy with the result of this preparation and the texture of the jelly was at its exact point of exquisites! It is excellent for the children's afternoon snack, to share with a visitor or to please a craving of our palate.

La verdad es que quedé bastante contenta con el resultado de esta preparación y la textura de la jalea quedó en su punto exacto de exquisites! Es excelente para la merienda de la tarde de los niños, compartir con alguna visita o complacer un antojo de nuestro paladar.
