Construyendo relaciones placenteras y afectivas

Hay una brecha puede que sea delgada, sutil y en ocasiones grande (todo depende de la interpretación) pero que nos coloca muchas veces en el filo en la relación de pareja. Resulta que el constructo empieza por cada miembro de la relación, es decir llevar la mirada hacia nosotros mismos, hacernos potentes, confirmar en nuestras propias reservas, explorar la grandeza propia que es la misma que tiene el que te acompaña; solo que cada uno de nosotros tiene una historia que es diferente por cierto. Ese por cierto es lo que nos hace únicos.

Esta es una mirada diferente y una invitación a verlo diferente, no es que el o ella, siempre hace tal o cual cosa, siempre se equivoca (según tú), nos es porque "tú siempre". Resulta que todos hacemos lo que hacemos de la forma en la que hemos aprendido a hacerlo.

LA EXPERIENCIA HECHA TALLER

A partir de esa mirada y muchas otras propias de la relación de pareja y de nosotros mismos, realizamos un taller el 29 de abril. Lo titulamos MITOS, REALIDADES Y HÁBITOS DE LOS BUENOS AMANTES.

@mosa71, @miriannalis y mi persona diseñamos y facilitamos está experiencia, nuestro objetivo fue dinamizar la relación de pareja, potenciando herramientas propias, en función de la mejoría de la convivencia.

LOS DESCUBRIMIENTOS

Empezamos por facilitar el descubrirnos y a partir de dinámicas gracias a las cualidades de los mitos, reconocimos nuestros potenciales y la diversidad que esto habilita para comprender-nos y comprender al que me acompaña.

EL CUERPO LA PRESENCIA Y LA EMOCIÓN

A partir del movimiento corporal, movilizamos nuestra química y afloraron las emociones, la alegría, la tristeza entre otras. Abrazando esas emociones y evocaciones dimos las conversaciones de las realidades, muchas comunes y logramos esa comprensión de la convivencia para que sea mejor, además lo recreamos con humor en un stand Up diseñado para darle mejor comprensión a nuestros participantes.

LA PAREJA ECOLÓGICA

Hablamos de ser Amantes y las distintas manifestaciones y vivencias de las formas de ser Amantes (amarnos antes). El amor se manifestó entregándonos las formas de habilitarlo y cerramos desde la práctica de la Biodanza vivenciando la pareja ecológica.

LA ALEGORÍA DE LA LOCACIÓN

Había una vez un lugar soñado, atendido por una hermosa mujer madura y sabía de su talento que junto a 3 duendecitas que llevaron a varios amantes a ese lugar. En ese jardín hermoso caminaron sus emociones, en una sala se rieron con el standup porque la doncella Celita Valladares les contó historias de parejas, compartieron una mesa abundante y danzaron el amor bajo un poema de Cortázar .

Esa fue nuestra locación un muy simbólico lugar alegórico para hablar del amor. Agradecemos ese espacio y a su bella anfitriona.

Con este resumen queremos invitar a nuestra 2da edición de Mitos, realidades y hábitos de los buenos amantes. Ahora vamos con los cuentos que nos contamos en pareja. Mantente atento a nuestras próximas invitaciones, porque después de este enriquecedor taller, ¡VAMOS POR MÁS!

There is a gap may be thin, subtle and sometimes large (it all depends on the interpretation) but it often puts us on the edge in the relationship. It turns out that the construct begins with each member of the relationship, that is to say, to look at ourselves, to become powerful, to confirm our own reserves, to explore our own greatness which is the same as the one who accompanies you; only that each one of us has a story that is different by the way. That by the way is what makes us unique.

This is a different look and an invitation to see it differently, it is not that he or she always does this or that, always makes this or that, always makes a mistake (according to you), it is not because "you always". It turns out that we all do what we do the way we have learned to do it.

EXPERIENCE MADE WORKSHOP.

From this point of view and many others about the couple relationship and ourselves, we held a workshop on April 29th. We titled it MYTHS, REALITIES AND HABITS OF GOOD LOVERS.

@mosa71, @miriannalis and myself designed and facilitated this experience, our goal was to energize the couple relationship, enhancing our own tools, based on the improvement of coexistence.

THE DISCOVERIES

We started by facilitating the discovery of ourselves and from dynamics thanks to the qualities of the myths, we recognized our potentials and the diversity that this enables us to understand ourselves and to understand the one who accompanies me.

THE BODY, PRESENCE AND EMOTION

Through body movement, we mobilized our chemistry and emotions, joy, sadness and others came to the surface. Embracing these emotions and evocations we gave the conversations of the realities, many common and we achieved that understanding of coexistence to make it better, we also recreate it with humor in a stand up designed to give better understanding to our participants.

THE ECOLOGICAL COUPLE

We talked about being Lovers and the different manifestations and experiences of the ways of being Lovers (loving each other before). The love was manifested giving us the ways to enable it and we closed from the practice of Biodanza living the ecological couple.

THE ALLEGORY OF THE LOCATION

Once upon a time there was a dreamed place, attended by a beautiful mature woman who knew her talent and who together with 3 little elves took several lovers to that place. In that beautiful garden they walked their emotions, in a room they laughed with the standup because the maid Celita Valladares told them stories of couples, shared a plentiful table and danced love under a poem by Cortázar.

That was our location, a very symbolic allegorical place to talk about love. We thank this space and its beautiful hostess.
