My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2023

Hi Everyone! Got day. Welcome to another report.

So, this morning I did stretching, warmup exercises and I took a walk around the neighborhood. Nice weather today. I walked for about 45 minutes and back.

Then later I went shopping so I picked up more steps from that. Lots of sales until the end of the week. It’s going back to school sales. So, clothes and school supplies are mostly what the sales for.
