My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2022

Hello and good day everyone! Happiest Friday 🙌

Welcome to today’s Actifit workout report.

It’s another new day. And drizzling, dark, cold and gloomy. Nevertheless, I managed to perform my daily routine of stretching and floor/calisthenic exercises.

Later walked around the neighborhood for half an hour or so. Some movements were done indoors. I watched the Our Universe on Netflix.
