Happy Friday and once again welcome to my fitness report. Thanks for taking the time to come and visit see how things are with stepping today.
Today was a beautiful day. We had the sun out and shining giving warmth for a few hours. I took advantage of it. I went out walking and jogging. It was really good as it has been awhile since I jogged around the neighborhood. Today was the day for it and I was pleased and content.
This morning I took these pictures just before I headed out:
While out and about I managed to take these as I was passing the school grounds:
And that pretty much and practically how I obtained my workout for today. Hope you guys are having a wonderful or great time with your stepping today.
