Los vals siempre tienen algo en especial para mí, siempre transmiten sentimientos, paz, melancolia, en fin muchas emociones ligadas a ellos. A lo mejor por su rítmica lo siento así.
Hoy les traje un vals del repertorio venezolano llamado "Amarilis" , este vals específicamente es del estado Sucre-Venezuela, compuesto por Daniel Maíz.
En esta oportunidad estoy solo con mi mandolina, está canción en particular, me hace recordar la primera vez que la toque hace varios años. Me llamaron como suplente de una agrupación tradicional de la isla donde vivo era para amenizar el desayuno en un hotel importante.
Cómo lo que pedían era música tradicional y venezolana, hicimos para comenzar la presentación en el hotel esta canción, allí varios fines de semanas con el grupo, ya que nos llamaban constantemente, y normalmente en nuestro repertorio iba incluido el tema de Amarilis.

Today I bring you a waltz from the Venezuelan repertoire called "Amarilis", this waltz is specifically from the state of Sucre-Venezuela, composed by Daniel Maíz.
This time I am alone with my mandolin, this song in particular, makes me remember the first time I played it several years ago. I was called as a substitute for a traditional group of the island where I live was to liven up the breakfast at an important hotel.

Que belleza de sonido mi bro! Me gustó mucho la obra, la interpretaste con mucha pasión. Lo que falta es que te la acompañe con la guitarra jejej, el acorde final me gustó, un poco sorpresivo.
Ésta música es muy hermosa y poco conocida en el país, y uno de mis propósitos como músicos es tratar de rescatar y difundir ésta música tan bonita de nuestra historia.
