Snack time with family [Esp/Eng]

Ayer teníamos que realizar una entrega de nuestro emprendimiento hacia el Municipio Maneiro, y ese nos pareció el momento perfecto para aprovechar la salida y disfrutar de un tiempo en familia, ya que la entrega sería muy cerca del C.C. Sambil, y aunque no soy fan de salir en temporada alta porque siempre hay muchos carros en la vía y los centros comerciales están a reventar, les dijimos a los chicos que se preparan para salir con nosotros, y salí con mi mejor actitud a disfrutar de nuestra salida familiar.

Una vez en Pampatar, fuimos primero a hacer la entrega, lo que nos tomó más tiempo de lo normal porque había bastante tráfico por la zona a la que debíamos ir, y luego de camino al Sambil fue la misma situación, sin embargo al llegar al centro comercial me sentí feliz de no ver tanta gente como esperaba, así que todo estaba dispuesto para pasar un buen rato.

Caminamos un poco, entramos a algunas tiendas nuevas, y sin darnos cuenta estábamos en la Zona Gourmet, y por supuesto que nos provocó comer algo rico para merendar, así que nos fuimos directo hasta KFC, a comprar el combo de helado y papas fritas que se ha convertido en nuestro favorito.

Ordenamos a través de la máquina de autoservicio y Miranda y yo nos fuimos a sentar mientras José y Matías esperaban las barquillas y las papas fritas, y debo decir que esta vez el combo estaba increíble porque las papas estaban absolutamente deliciosas, muy crujientes, con el toque justo de sal y bien calientitas, creando un contraste perfecto con la cremosidad y dulzura de las barquillas.

Conversamos mientras disfrutamos de nuestro delicioso snack de media tarde, caminamos un poco más y regresamos a casa antes de que el tráfico se hiciera más pesado en el municipio donde vivimos, ya que ahí se encuentran dos de las playas más visitadas durante las vacaciones y luego de las seis de la tarde todo es una locura, así que como ven regresamos temprano, pero sin dudas aprovechamos muy bien ese tiempo en familia.

Yesterday we had to make a delivery of our venture towards the Municipality Maneiro, and that seemed to us the perfect time to take advantage of the outing and enjoy some family time, since the delivery would be very close to the Sambil C.C., and although I am not a fan of going out in high season because there are always many cars on the road and the malls are bursting, we told the kids to get ready to go out with us, and I went out with my best attitude to enjoy our family outing.

Once in Pampatar, we went first to make the delivery, which took us longer than usual because there was quite a lot of traffic around the area we had to go to, and then on the way to the Sambil it was the same situation, however when we got to the mall I was happy to not see so many people as I expected, so everything was ready to have a good time.

We walked around a bit, entered some new stores, and without realizing it we were in the Gourmet Zone, and of course it provoked us to eat something tasty for a snack, so we went straight to KFC, to buy the ice cream and fries combo that has become our favorite.

We ordered through the self-service machine and Miranda and I went to sit down while José and Matías waited for the barquillas and fries, and I must say that this time the combo was amazing because the fries were absolutely delicious, very crunchy, with just the right touch of salt and very hot, creating a perfect contrast with the creaminess and sweetness of the barquillas.

We chatted while we enjoyed our delicious mid-afternoon snack, walked a little more and returned home before the traffic got heavier in the municipality where we live, since there are two of the most visited beaches during the vacations and after six in the afternoon everything is crazy, so as you can see we returned early, but without a doubt we made good use of that time with our family.
