Kapurung is made with sago material which is formed into small balls. The complement is a delicious gravy with a clear color, it can make your appetite increase.

Kapurung is usually served with additional seafood such as shrimp, squid and fish. You can also find several kinds of vegetables in a bowl of Kapurung. So it's not surprising, many people call Kapurung a healthy food.

As for the taste, Kapurung has a predominance of savory taste. Although Kapurung is made with sago, some people consume it with warm rice.
